5 Core Objectives
Increase the STRENGTH of each athlete
Improve the VERTICAL JUMP & POWER of each athlete
Develop the SPEED & ACCELERATION of each athlete
Maximize the OVERALL ATHLETICISM of each athlete
Enhance each athlete's KNOWLEDGE on maximizing athletic gains
***Each program is designed by our sports medicine and athletic performance staff (includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Muscle Activation Technique Specialists, and an Athletic Trainer). Proper technique is taught and demanded with all exercises and drills to allow for optimal performance while limiting the risk of injury.
Each Athlete Will…
Improve their top-end speed, acceleration and sprinting technique with the use of our high-speed treadmill
Enhance their explosiveness and vertical jump through plyometric and ballistic training
Develop strength and power through a full-body resistance training program designed and progressed based on their current ability level
Refine their jumping and cutting techniques through reactive drills and challenges
Receive useful educational information on maximizing their athletic gains

Missed Training Days Policy: We have taken into account with our pricing that athletes will not be able to attend every training period. Therefore, makeups and training credits are not allowed.
Weather Policy: Fitness Focus will not cancel programs due to seasonal, weather-related conditions. However, in the case of extreme weather (snowstorm, lightning, tornado, etc.), and for the safety of the participants, Fitness Focus reserves the right to cancel sessions at any time due to inclement weather with no makeup session or refund provided.
Refund Policy: Sports Performance Training programs are not refundable after purchase.
